SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Four strata-titled shops at the ground floor of Lumiere along Mistri Road are on the market at a guide price of $12.65 million, or $3,000 per sq ft based on the strata areas.

The shops at Lumiere range from 581 sq ft to 1,873 sq ft, and have a combined floor area of just over 4,200 sq ft. Buyers may purchase the properties as a portfolio, or individually.
Three of the shops are currently tenanted on a short-term basis, says Showsuite Consultancy, which is marketing the properties.
The largest shop has been approved for use as a restaurant, while another two have been granted temporary approvals for F&B use, with the approvals renewable every three years, it adds.
Completed in 2010, Lumiere is a 99-year leasehold, 168-unit development in Tanjong Pagar. It is about a seven-minute walk to Tanjong Pagar MRT Station.
The expression of interest exercise for the properties will close on March 5 at 2.30pm.
